Staaay Awaaake, Nanny Boo B

Drew back in either late 2010/early 2011, and had worked on since mid-2011 to finally get it done in 2012.
Phew! Finally finished~!

And speaking of "phew~"...

Princess Boo B put herself in the employ of the king Koopa Bowser so she could use her in-game skills to win him prize money as tribute and mortgage payment on her Morosity Mansion.

However, what was Princess Boo B to do when the parties had come to a halt? When there are no tournaments to be won or races to be completed? Or what actually happened, what if there's a game coming up that Princess Boo isn't quite sure she can do without training (soccer, baseball, winter olympics)? What else could she do as a service for Bowser?

Why watch over his darling son, of course~



That's right; Bowser decides to earn his own coins these times, and Boo B will be left behind as "nanny" to his mischievous little child.



Oh, what a delight~



Babysitting's no picnic, which Bowser Jr. made sure of in the beginning, but Princess Boo B keeps at it. In time, she and Bowser Jr. form a bond that Bowser Jr. may have been lacking in the cold castle walls with cheerless minions and his driven but brash dad. As expected, once given some tender loving care and a firm voice, Bowser Jr. behaves so long as she'll stay with him til he falls asleep.



To get him to sleep, it might take chatting, or story telling, or even a lullaby or two.


That can take forever...


And so one night Bowser returns home, and this time Bowser Jr. isn't the only one peacefully resting. Instead of being off to the side doing her own thing quietly, it seems Nanny Boo B has given in too~
